PRE-COATED ROTARY VACUUM FILTER:
Pre-coat rotary vacuum filter is developed based on advanced technology, it is the highly efficient and precise solid & filtrate separation equipment by adding pre-coated technology to the ordinary rotary filter. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, sugar refining, and chemicals industries for absorbing filtrate and removing filter residue.
The filter uses a filter aid (diatomite, Perlite) pre-coated on the drum surface. Under vacuum suction, the separated filtrate penetrates the pre-coated layer and filter cloth, while solid particles are intercepted and removed by an auto scraper.
