Brief Introduction

This filter is suitable for precision filtration of hydraulic system return oil, filtering out metal particles and rubber impurities in seals caused by component wear in the system, and keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

The filter is equipped with a transmitter, bypass valve, and liquid flow diffuser. Key features include:

  • Directly installed on the fuel tank cover plate; simple pipeline and easy installation.
  • Equipped with a blockage indicator. When inlet pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the transmitter signals for core replacement.
  • Side oil ports (M18x1.5) allow for easy transmitter installation or small volume oil return filtering.
  • Automatic bypass valve opens at 0.4MPa to protect the system if the element is clogged.
  • New synthetic fiber filter material provides high accuracy and large pollutant absorption.
