🔹 Product Introduction

This filter is suitable for precision filtration of hydraulic system return oil, filtering out metal particles and rubber impurities in seals caused by component wear in the system, and keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

Main performance characteristics:

1. Installed directly on the fuel tank cover plate. The simplified body extends into the oil tank. Simple pipeline for easy installation.

2. Equipped with a filter blockage indicator. When inlet pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the transmitter sends a signal for core replacement.

3. Direct return oil filter design allows for easy replacement by unscrewing the upper cover.

4. Features an automatic bypass valve (opens at 0.4MPa) to ensure system operation if clogging occurs.

5. Uses new synthetic fiber filter material for high accuracy, large flow capacity, and low pressure loss.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What are the common specifications for the filtration accuracy of RFA hydraulic filters?
Common filtration accuracies include 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, 20 μm, 30 μm, and 40 μm. Selection depends on system cleanliness requirements; high-precision components typically require 3 μm or 5 μm.
How should I maintain the RFA hydraulic filter?
Regularly check the pressure difference. Replace the filter element immediately when it reaches the specified value. Keep the housing clean and prevent external debris from entering the system during routine inspections.
What precautions should be taken during installation?
Ensure the correct flow direction as indicated by the arrow on the filter. Verify that all pipeline connections are tight to prevent leakage and perform a sealing check before full system operation.
What happens if the filter element becomes completely clogged?
When pressure reaches 0.35MPa, a signal transmitter alerts the operator. If not replaced and pressure hits 0.4MPa, a bypass valve opens to maintain system flow and protect components from damage.
Can RFA filters be used with water-glycol mediums?
Yes, but special model configurations (e.g., RFA-BH series) should be used for water-glycol applications to ensure material compatibility and proper signaling.
Is it possible to replace the filter element without disconnecting pipelines?
Yes, the design allows for top-access replacement. Simply unscrew the upper cover to replace the core or add oil to the tank, making maintenance highly convenient.
