Product Description
This part is manufactured via sand casting with a 1 resin core. Prior to precision CNC machining, each part undergoes a professional sand-blasting process to ensure surface integrity.

The copper alloy H62 manufacturing process involves cleaning and heating metal moulds to optimal temperatures. Utilizing effective degassing techniques to reduce hydrogen, the molten copper liquid is poured into the mold cavity. After controlled cooling, the resulting parts exhibit high-quality craftsmanship.

By employing numerical control hot-box core shooter machines, we achieve precision dimensions and high-strength cores. Strict control over raw resin sand, temperature, and heating time ensures excellent cavity finish and dimensional tolerance.
