Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer located in Zhejiang Province.
Q2: What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid against the copy of bill of loading. We provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
Q3: What kinds of batteries do you provide?
A: Our range covers all 12V lead-acid batteries, including Dry Charged & MF series for vehicles, Car AGM & EFB batteries (L2, L3, etc.), and VRLA batteries for Solar/UPS.
Q4: Can you print my logo on the battery cover?
A: Yes, OEM is available. We can print your provided logo on the battery case.
Q5: How should the battery be maintained?
A: Store in a clean, dry, ventilated, and dark environment. Keep it fully charged and recharge every 3 to 6 months when not in use.
Q6: What is the policy for defective batteries under warranty?
A: Provide photos and details of the issue. Once confirmed, replacement batteries will be sent as compensation with your next order.
