Piezoelectric ceramic sheet, commonly known as buzzers. A piezoelectric ceramic sheet is an electronic sound-producing component. Between two copper circular electrodes, a piezoelectric ceramic material is placed. Due to its simple structure and low cost, piezoelectric ceramic sheets are widely used in toys, audio electronic watches, electronic instruments, and timers.
When an electric voltage is applied to a piezoelectric ceramic, it undergoes mechanical deformation. Conversely, when subjected to vibration, it generates an electric charge. This dual effect allows piezoelectric ceramics to function effectively as ultrasonic wave sensors.

Piezoelectric ceramic components are made of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) as the core material. The structure covers single-layer sheets, multi-layer stacks, and composite cantilever beams. Elements are typically plated with nickel/gold electrodes and encapsulated with epoxy resin to meet standards such as IP67.
