Product Description
Safety Back Pressure Valve
Safety Valve Detail
Safety Valve Overview

The diaphragm and valve core are compressed by an internal spring. When pressure exceeds the preset value, they lift, allowing discharge into the return pipe. Adjust pressure on-site within 0-1.0 MPa. Relief pressure is set 0.1-0.2 MPa above system pressure.

Back Pressure Valve Overview

Installed on positive discharge lines to prevent siphoning and ensure dosing accuracy. Adjust backpressure on-site within 0-0.6 MPa. With a pulse damper, it reduces water hammer, maintains constant pressure, and ensures uniform flow.

  • Releases pressure for system stability
  • Protects pump and maintains operation
  • Minimizes water hammer and controls vibration
  • Advanced PTFE+rubber diaphragm for zero leakage

Pressure Adjustment Guide

Back Pressure Adjustment: Never exceed the maximum working pressure of the metering pump. Discharge pressure should be at least 1 bar higher than suction pressure.

Safety Valve Setting: Adjust within rated working range. Set pressure 1-2 bar higher than the back pressure valve to prevent overpressure operation.
