What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We accept T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Terms of delivery include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU. We provide photos of the products and packages before final payment.
How long does the delivery take?
Generally, it will take 5 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment for standard items. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce items according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We are capable of building the molds and fixtures required for custom specifications.
What is your sample policy and testing procedure?
We can supply samples if parts are in stock, provided the customer covers the sample and courier costs. We perform a 100% test on all goods before delivery to ensure quality.
